1. Event Details
NAAD Conference 2026 is the Rotary District 3055 District Conference hosted by Rotary Club of Palanpur Diamond City. The conference is scheduled for 25-26-27 December 2026 at The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake, Mumbai.
2. Registration Packages
The currently published registration packages are:
- Member Registration with Spouse - Rs. 35,000
- Single Member Registration with Double Sharing Room - Rs. 18,500
- Single Member Registration with Triple Sharing Room - Rs. 15,000
Package inclusions, room nights, meal details, conference kits, and hospitality benefits are subject to final confirmation by the organizing committee. Registration is confirmed only after successful payment realization and organizer confirmation.
3. Payment Terms
Online payments, if enabled, may be processed through Razorpay or another authorized payment gateway. By making a payment, the attendee agrees to the registration package, applicable charges, payment gateway terms, and this policy.
If a payment is deducted but confirmation is not received, attendees should contact the registration team with payment ID, order ID, mobile number, and email address.
4. No Shipping Policy
NAAD Conference registrations are event services and do not involve physical shipping of products.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Before 30 November 2026 – Refund possible (with deductions)
- After 1 December 2026 – No refund
- No-show – No refund
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days (subject to bank timelines).
7. Transfer of Registration
Transfers are allowed only with organizer approval.
8. Event Changes
Event schedule and arrangements may change as required.
9. Duplicate Payments
Extra payments will be refunded after verification.
10. Disputes
Please contact the registration team before raising chargebacks.
11. Code of Conduct
All attendees must follow event rules and Rotary guidelines.
